Crafty Fox Connects
Crafty Connects Conference, 16th September, The Museum of the Home, Hoxton
I’m delighted to be running a workshop at this event next month. I’ve been working with the Crafty Fox team for over 10 years now on everything from photographing events, setting up their first website on Squarespace and running a photography workshop at their Weekend of the Maker in Sheffield with Folksy. I’ve met so many wonderful clients through their events which continue to lead the way for urban craft and design markets.
My session will be called ‘How to shoot better video on your phone’.
The Crafty Fox Market gang are tapping into their incredible professional network to host their first conference to support makers, artists and small business owners where I'll be running a session on how to shoot better videos for your business.
Utilising unrivalled knowledge built up since 2010 via their iconic markets and sought after membership scheme, they are running the Crafty Fox Connects Conference to give invaluable insight from key industry professionals. Actionable content is the name of the game with advice on subjects that are important to maker businesses right now including diversifying your income, what exactly ‘being a sustainable business’ means, how to sell without the cringe, successful wholesaling, improving your SEO skills, video and GIF creating for social media and ideas for your market stall set up.
The venue - the Museum of the Home, Hoxton - offers the perfect environment for a meeting of such creative minds - it is an inspirational and beautiful space - recently recognised by the Royal Institute of British Architects as an East London award winner.
Not only will you leave empowered with knowledge, you will form invaluable connections with like-minded entrepreneurs from within the Crafty Fox Community - a supportive, creative group where you can get inspired and perhaps even find your perfect collaboration partner. Early bird tickets are available now from £55.50.
